Terms of Service

By booking a photography session or purchasing services from Verze Enterprises Pty Ltd (Veronika Sajova Photography), you agree to the following terms. These ensure a clear, professional understanding between you (the client) and me (the photographer).

Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable retainer (or full payment, depending on your package) is required to secure your date. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Any remaining balance is due before or on the session day, unless additional attendance time or bigger package is purchased after receiving the link to a proofing gallery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 7 days’ notice. Retainers can be transferred to a new date with sufficient notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in loss of your retainer. If I need to reschedule, a new date will be offered as soon as possible.

Image Rights & Licensing
All images remain the copyright of Veronika Sajova Photography. Once paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final edited images for agreed personal or business purposes (e.g. marketing, social media, promotional use).
Images may not be sold, re-licensed, or altered without written consent. Unless otherwise agreed, I may use selected images for my portfolio, website or social media.

Drone Photography
Drone flights depend on weather, airspace rules, and safety conditions. If a drone session can’t proceed, it will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.

Image Delivery
Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe (typically 1–2 weeks for most sessions). RAW or unedited files are not provided.

Liability
Every care is taken during sessions and image handling. In the unlikely event of technical issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to rescheduling or a refund of payments made. I’m not responsible for factors beyond my control, such as weather, venue restrictions or guest interference.
